Step 06 Controlled Gate

Secure provider configuration, SIP/IPTSP trunk preflight, credential health, and outbound safety controls.

Controlled Safety Gate Enforced:

Outbound live calling is default DISABLED. Real customer phone calls cannot be placed during Step 06. All connection tests operate in server-side diagnostic mode without initiating PSTN calls.
